The Time Liner

The mind is a complete and often frightening thing. I'm not talking about the physical brain; I'm talking about the mind that resides in the brain. It's complex and capable of unbelievable actions and things. If properly prepared it can be disciplined into a formidable force that can then be used to create unbelievable beauty or carry out unbelievable acts of brutality. It all depended on the environment the person was raised in or subject to. The mind. something man has known about from the first day Homo sapiens had its first thought. what that thought was no one knows. the point is. as humans started to think, we were put in this place by our creator and then given a mind to build on and build with when it all started. During the interim years and centuries that have past, the mind has experienced any number of changes and growth which have been both good and bad. At least that is what Bradley Tanner had come to believe. He would come back to reality while lying in a pile of fellow soldiers and come to realize there was more to him than he knew. Bradley Tanner was coming back but it wasn't in the frame of mind Czar Theodoric wanted. it was in the form of a mad and revenge driven Time Liner, the worst of all scenarios the Merdonians could be faced with. You didn't mistreat a Time Liner and then let him live, whether that was your plan or not. You just didn't do it; you kill him before he could become an enemy. The enemy was now at his gates and there was nothing, he could do about it. How it all got to this point is our story. You just do not do that to a Time Liner and expect to survive.
