George has been an elementary school teacher, principal, youth worker, children's pastor, youth pastor, and marriage and family counselor in his professional career. He is a published poet, free-lance writer, speaker, and playwright. He has authored "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", "James and the Giant Peach", and "Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator" (all plays). He and his wife Sue have four children and eleven grandchildren and presently live in East Amherst, New York where he serves as Shepherding Pastor at The Chapel at CrossPoint.
